While on vacation, I experienced a dental emergency and was fortunate to secure an appointment the very next day. Magnolia Thao, the RDA, was outstanding professional, compassionate, and incredibly attentive throughout my visit. She handled all of my X-rays with great care and took the time to clearly explain each step of the process. Magnolia was patient, thorough, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed the entire time. Her calm, reassuring demeanor and genuine kindness helped ease the stress of the situation, and it was clear that she truly cares about her patients and the quality of care she provides. Dr. Ryan Villar was equally exceptional. He explained my condition in detail, carefully walked me through the treatment plan, and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. His professionalism, expertise, and confidence immediately put me at ease. I was especially impressed that they were able to complete both a crown and a filling during the same visit, which made a huge difference while I was traveling. The entire experience was efficient, professional, and far more comfortable than I expected during a dental emergency. I am extremely grateful for the prompt care and the high level of professionalism shown by the entire team. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of excellent dental care. Magnolia Thao and Dr. Ryan are truly exceptional, and I would confidently recommend them to friends, family, or anyone looking for skilled, compassionate dental professionals.
